What was the best part of the 2025 season?
Being able to still have fun and travel with my teammates in or out of the gym, and how well we worked and stayed together despite hard games or practices.
What was the toughest part of the 2025 season?
Fighting back constantly at the last minute with great energy instead of starting the game off with that same energy.
What excites you the most about the upcoming season?
Playing with a new team.
What are your personal goals for the season?
To hopefully reach my 1,000 points, play better defense than last year, and make a difference on the team.
What goals are you setting for the team?
To have a winning season and make it as far as we can into the playoffs.
What is one thing you want to do in a game but might not have the chance to?
Have many fast breaks. Just because a lot of teams adjust well, or teammates don’t see you fast enough, so it’s not that often I get to do a fast break in a game.
Down one, five seconds left. Why should your number be called?
Because I feel like I’d be able to get a quick layup/shot off before the time ends. Or be able to get/see one of my teammates open for the last shot.
What is the best advice you have been given when it comes to playing sports, along with the source of that advice?
From both of my parents, they tell me to always keep my head up, and I could do anything I’d put my mind to as long as I don’t give up.
Which part of your game do you believe is the strongest?
Defense.
Would you share with the readers a school or two that you are hearing from?
Kent State and Farmingdale State College
What type of defense do you like facing the best?
Man to Man.
How would you describe your game? : Fast-paced and physical.
Outside of sports, what are you doing for fun?
Hanging out with friends or my family.
What is a style or fad that your generation has that you do not get or understand?
How people play selfish basketball in a team sport: players sit there and over dribble the ball, not even looking for their teammates, just trying to get themselves an open shot to look good.
Do you watch the WNBA?
Yes
