What makes you a good teammate?

I always try to encourage my teammates, work hard every day, and put the team before myself. I believe in staying positive, being dependable, and helping everyone improve so we can succeed together.

What’s the biggest lesson that you have learned from playing high school football?

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success comes from discipline and consistency. Football has taught me to work hard, stay accountable, and never give up when things get difficult.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being an offensive lineman?

The most rewarding part is knowing that my work helps the entire offense succeed. Offensive linemen don’t always get the spotlight, but creating running lanes and protecting the quarterback is a great feeling.

Which road stadium is the toughest to play in, along with the thing that makes it so hard?

The toughest road stadium I’ve played in is Henry Clay because their crowd is loud and they always bring a lot of energy. The atmosphere makes every play feel more intense.

Would you rather kick the season off with your rival or end the regular season with them?

I’d rather end the regular season with our rival because it builds excitement throughout the year and gives both teams something to look forward to. It also makes the game feel even more meaningful.

What’s been your biggest moment as an athlete?

My biggest moment has been helping my team earn a hard-fought win by doing my job on every play. Knowing that my effort helped the team succeed is something I’ll always remember.

What makes playing Henry Clay so challenging?

Henry Clay is challenging because they’re well coached, play with a lot of intensity, and compete hard from the first snap to the last. You have to stay focused and execute every play to have success against them.

What is the strongest part of your game?

 
My strongest trait is my work ethic and consistency. I play with physicality, compete every snap, and always do my job to help the team succeed.

What have you done during the off-season to improve your game?

 
I’ve focused on getting stronger, faster, and more explosive while improving my technique, studying film, and working on the little details that make a big difference.

Which type of defensive line is the toughest to go against?

 
A disciplined, physical defensive line that communicates well and plays together is always the toughest challenge.

What team goals will you set?

 
My goals are to help my team win games, compete for a championship, and be a great teammate and leader both on and off the field.

The moment that sticks with me the most is seeing our team overcome adversity and continue fighting together. It reminded me how important teamwork, preparation, and trusting each other are.
