Please post a small recap of last season with something like a big game you had, something about a certain game, something from a bus ride to or from the game, or something that sticks out from a practice.

Last year didn't go how we wanted too. We did have a big win at home vs Madison that was probably the best we played all year on offense. We ended up going 6-4 though and then lost in Rd1 of the playoffs, but there were a lot of things from last year that have motivated me to work harder this year than I ever have.

What is the best part of being a student-athlete at Ontario High School?

I actually take online classes at home, but the best thing is definitely my friends and teammates.

What position do you feel you are best at?

I feel like I have had more success at DE, but I also really enjoy QB, and I am open to playing either in college and work hard at both

What is the toughest part of being a defensive end?

I think just not getting over-anxious to rush the QB every snap and not maintaining outside leverage.

Are you more of a blocking tight end or a receiving tight end?

I haven't played TE since middle school, but I think am pretty good at both. I like the contact of blocking, and I'm able to make plays as well with my athleticism when given the chance.

What do you believe is the strongest part of your game?

I think my size and strength definitely help me on both sides of the ball at any position. I like to be physical on the field.

During the off season what have you accomplished to aid you in taking your game to a more dominating level?

I have really been working on my speed and agility. Trying to get bigger, faster, and stronger.

What are your personal goals for the season?

I'd like to have over 20+ TD's on offense with less than 5 turnovers and 12-15 sacks on defense. The team goal of going undefeated in the regular season and going to State is the most important goal though.

What has been your biggest accomplishment as an athlete?

So far probably some of the travel baseball tournaments we have competed in and won all over the country. Competing vs guys that I know will be in the MLB in the next few years and being able to win some of those games has been pretty cool.

Would you rather kick the season off with your rival or end the regular season with them?

I think start the season. We have a couple different rivals but 1 is our opener every year, and we take getting ready for that game pretty seriously throughout the summer.

If the Browns get their dome should the state finals be moved there?

I know we went and watched Shelby vs Glenville last year, and it was definitely freezing out so probably so.

Can you share with the readers some of the schools that have reach out to you?

Akron, Toledo, and Michigan invited me for Game Day visits last year and those were great. Michigan and Toledo got all new coach's though so I haven't heard much from them lately but Michigan State, Iowa State, Vanderbilt, and Kent State have probably been the most in touch with me personally. Michigan State has been showing the most interest. Coach Glass has been active talking to me and my coaches a lot lately, and I appreciate it.

What is your game day routine?

I don't have online school on Friday so usually sleep in pretty late. Get up, eat, stretch, and just relax before throwing a little in my backyard before heading to the field.

Who is your favorite athlete?

Football: Myles Garrett/Tom Brady
Basketball: LeBron
Baseball: Jose Ramirez

What is your go-to snack?

Cookies

What is a style or fad that your generation has that you do not get?

TikTok Dances
