One thing that stands out from last season is my growth as a leader. I became more intentional about encouraging my teammates and took steps toward leadership in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at my school.
What are your goals for the 2026 season?
My goals for the upcoming season are to execute every play at a high level, be precise in my assignments, and be intentional in my daily preparation.
What goals will you set for the team?
The goals I would set for the team are to become one unit, with one mindset and one family.
What makes you a good teammate?
My leadership makes me an effective teammate.
Can you share with the readers some of the camps you have attended, along with the biggest lesson you have learned from them?
I have attended Ohio University and Tiffin University and plan to attend other universities this season. The biggest lesson is to accept constructive criticism and communicate effectively with coaches.
Would you share with the readers your primary job as a running back?
Ball security, patience, and being a field general.
Who has been the best player that you have faced in a game, along with the team he was on?
There are a lot of good players and teams in the OCC.
What's been your biggest accomplishment as an athlete?
Having the highest GPA on my team.
Of the wins you have been part of, which one meant the most?
Beating Newark last year marked the first win of the season.
Which loss has stung the most?
Opening game against Bradley last season.
How often do you watch game film on your own?
I have been watching game film since Pee Wee football. I believe film study is the biggest key to success on the field.
Which part of your game do you feel is the strongest?
Being able to see the field.
Who are your role models?
My parents.
What scares you?
Leaving the game without giving it my full potential.
What is a fad or style that your generation has that you do not get?
I really don’t follow many trends. I’m focused on sports and my grades.
