Beating 8-0 Linden in overtime was a memory that will last forever!

How hard was it to make the move from Northland to Licking Heights?

Obviously it was a really hard decision; those were my boys over there!! So thankful for my time there, but Licking Heights has been amazing to me, and I am so lucky with the opportunity to lead this community! Our resources and facilities are second to none!

What were the first words you spoke to your new team?

We will take this place to #NewHeights with discipline and consistency.

What offense and defense will you run at Licking Heights?

We will see when we get to see our kids in person and understand our personnel more!

How will you go about electing your captains?

Our team will vote.

Growing up in Licking County I know Licking Heights seems to have solid talent, but they seem to get more than their share of unsportsmanlike flags thrown at them. What will you change to get those types of flags thrown down?

Holding the kids accountable and having team punishments with those types of things

When did you introduce the new team to all gas, no brakes?

From the very first workout! Our first week was probably the hardest week

How familiar were you with the Licking County League before taking the job at Licking Heights?

Not at all!

Up to now, what has been the biggest surprise since taking the new job?

How supportive the community is and honestly how awesome our kids are!!! They have been amazing.

What was the biggest change you made with the football team since taking the job over?

Transitioning to morning workouts

How many of your staff from Northland have you brought with you to Heights?

4 guys

Starting anew, will there be open competition for starting positions?

Yes, absolutely, no one has a starting spot.

What has been the best part of the new job so far?

Working with the kids and community

Have you been able to go to any of the Columbus Aviators games?

No

If you could pick any period in time to live in, which time would you be living in?

Man, I would say the 80s seem like an awesome time lol!
