Please post something from last season that sticks out to you. It can be from a game, practice, or something funny on the bus ride to or from the game. Any moment that sticks out to you.
What were your feelings as you walked off the field for the last time as a high school football player?
Walking off the field as a senior kinda hurt because I felt like I didn’t accomplish enough. As one of the top players, I never
led them to a .500 or above season.
What do you feel you will miss the most from playing high school football?
What I feel like I would miss most is the practice with my teammates. We would have fun and just be kids and just grow together as people.
What was the best part of the 2025 season?
The best part was week 6; I caught my team's first interception of the season and took it all the way to the house.
What was your biggest accomplishment as a high school football player?
My biggest accomplishment, I feel like, was being that player when teams played us that had to game plan to stop or slow me down.
Which win meant the most to you?
Our week 10 win meant the most because we beat a team we haven’t beaten in my high school career.
Which loss stung the most?
Our week 4 loss Because we had a chance to win and needed one stop as we had them at 4th and goal. They did a play-action and threw it backside to win.
What makes you a good teammate?
What makes me a good teammate is because I will never give up on you despite what happens; I will keep you up and celebrate every good thing.
Who was the best player that you faced in a game, along with the team he was on?
Grady Kinsey of Indian Valley
Do you feel that the transfer portal in college football has made it harder for high school players to be recruited?
Yes, I feel it made it harder. Because coaches would rather get players who are college-ready with experience than try to develop a high school student
What was the best part of the recruiting season?
Going to visit different schools and seeing how each program is different
Could you share with the readers some of the schools that recruited you?
Eastern Kentucky, Tiffin, Ashland, Knox, Theil, and capital
What made you choose Wittenberg?
The reason I chose Wittenberg was it kind of felt like home. With some of the other schools, things didn’t work out with coaches leaving or them just looking in another direction and choosing other guys. But Wittenberg made me feel seen, and the staff was really welcoming.
What is a style or fad that your generation has that you do not get?
The drinking of matcha. It's just not all that I feel like.
Where is your favorite local spot to grab a bite?
Showcase chicken in Kenmore.
Have you gone to an Akron Rubber Ducks game?
Yes, I usually go to the 4th of July game every year to see the fireworks.
