Please post a small recap of last season with something like a big game you had, something about a certain game, something from a bus ride to or from the game, or something that sticks out from a practice.

Coming in as a freshman, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Getting to play as a freshman was very exciting. Earning my first letter and being a part of a conference championship-winning team was something I’ll always remember.

What will you miss the most from the 2025 class?

The thing I will miss the most from the 2025 class is their leadership. They helped me and pushed me forward.

What was the highlight of the 2024 season?

The highlight of the 2024 season for me was getting 3 sacks against Avonworth in the last game to get a three-way tie for section champs.

What was the toughest part of the 2024 season?

The toughest part of 2024 was losing to Avonworth in the playoffs.

What have you accomplished during the off-season to aid you in being a better player?

This offseason, I have focused on getting stronger.

How did your track and basketball seasons go?

Both basketball and track went well. This year I focused on throwing shot put. Next year I plan to try all the throwing events.

Of the three sports that you are in, which one do you feel you are better at?

I feel like I’m better at football. It’s definitely my passion.

How long have you played each sport?

I have played football and basketball my whole life. I started track when I was in 7th grade.

Focusing on football, what is the strongest part of your game?

The strongest part of my game is pass rushing and pressuring the opponent.

Do you feel that you are better on offense or defense?

I feel like I’m better at the defensive positions because that is what I have focused on. I hope to continue to grow and learn on offense as well.

What makes you a good teammate?

I think I am a good teammate because I always put the team first. I show up ready to work hard and stay focused. I try my best to push myself and my teammates to get better every day.

Why should a college coach recruit you?

I believe that a college coach should recruit me because I work hard, I’m coachable, and I’m always trying to get better. I always give 110% at practice and in games, and I take pride in being a good teammate. I study film, listen to feedback, and push myself in the weight room and classroom.

What are your goals for the 2025 football season?

My personal goal for the 2025 season is to learn, get better, and begin taking on a leadership role. I also hope to lead my conference in sacks and tackles for loss.

Who are your role models?

My role models are my parents because they show me how to be the best person I can be.

My professional role model is Aaron Donald. I was lucky enough to get to work with him this summer at his Top 50 camp in Pittsburgh. Not only was he an outstanding defensive end, but he also gives back to his community. The fact that he took time to work with all of us was really inspiring.

What is your go-to snack?

My favorite snack right now is my mom’s chocolate/peanut butter protein brownies.

What is your favorite class or subject?

Honestly, my overall favorite class is Life Fitness. I really like to be active. Exercising is such a stress relief for me. When I get to do it in school with my friends, it’s even better. My favorite core class is social studies. I really enjoyed learning about our government last year in civics.
