Post a small recap of last season with personal highlights and any other big moments you have and/or memories you have from last season, whether it be a game, the bus ride to or from the game, or any other thing that sticks out.

Had a blast playing with my team this year. We had a season of 9-4. We really were a 2nd-half team. I don’t know why, but when we were down and went into the locker room knowing we were down, something always clicked in us, and we knew we had to step it up. We secured a lot of 2nd half wins !

Football, wrestling, and baseball: How long have you played each sport?

I have played all these sports since I was 7 years old.

Football, wrestling, and baseball: Of those three sports, which one do you feel you are better at?

I feel like I am good at all of these sports. I have several awards in them all, but I enjoy football the most .

How did the wrestling and baseball season go for you?

Wrestling was out for me this season. I wrestled one tournament and had a small injury. I decided to rehab and try to make it back for baseball season. Baseball was slow starting for us as a team, but we rallied back and had a solid 3-2 performance against powerhouse Johnson Central.

What are you going to miss the most from the 2025 class?

I am going to miss Parker Watts; the kid made football fun. Corey Parsley will be missed; he was a DAWG. His presence will be missed on the field for sure !

What has been your biggest moment as a football player?

For me this year it was winning against Paintsville , my old team. Much respect to them, but I had a lot of eyes on me that game. (I had a point to prove.).

Making it to the 3rd round of the KHSAA playoff game was huge for me also. Beechwood and getting to play there and on that field was a great experience. If you're going to go down , you want to go down playing against some of the best, and Beechwood is some of the best .

Who is the best player that you have faced in a game?

Beechwood RB Chase Flaherty , the kid is tough , executed well, and was tough to keep up with .

Who is the first teammate to go off vocally if the team is having a bad practice?

Last season, Corey Parsley for sure. He kept us focused always.

What makes for a good game?

I like competitive games. I like it when we are moving the ball the way we should be and stopping the other team's offense. I like when we all come together, do what we have been trained to do, and things run smoothly .

What are your goals for the season?

I want to break 200 tackles this season alone and make it further in the playoffs as a team .

What are you looking forward to the most this season?

I am looking forward to seeing what our new OC coordinator, Joe Stanley, has up his sleeve. I really think he is an asset to our staff. I enjoy working with him .

What is the worst part of the first day of practice?

There is nothing bad about practice. Every day is a good day on the field .

Do you feel that you and your teammates are role models to the younger kids who come and root you on?

Yes , we are all very active in our local youth sports and give to our community. Most of us help with coaching some youth leagues. I am currently a KHSAA junior official for all 3 of the sports I participate in .

What is your favorite type of music?

My playlist is all over the place, but my pregame go-to is Rod Wave.

Outside of sports, what are you doing for fun?

I like to work. I own my own lawn service (Billy Goat Lawn Service). Hanging out with my friends and girlfriend. Playing with my nephew and niece .

What is your go-to snack?

A good cold Gatorade and a protein bar

Thank you. The coverage is much appreciated.
