Post a small recap of last season with personal highlights and any other big moments you have and memories you have from last season, whether it be a game, the bus ride to or from the game, or any other thing that sticks out.

My last season DE stats were tackles: 38, solo: 28, asst: 10, sacks: 6, TFL: 2, fum rec: 1, and my punting stats were 25 punts.

822 yards Yds/punt: 32.88 Yds/game: 82.2 IN 20: 1 LNG: 52. My favorite game this season was the St. Charles game, where I had 4 sacks, 1 TFL, and 11 tackles in 1 game.

How did you get into punting?

My dad was a top punter in Ohio in HS and punted a little in college. Also, I have very long legs, so that helps make punting a lot easier for me.

What has been your longest punt in a game?

52 yards against Hamilton Township.

Playing three different positions (DE, TE, and P), it has to be tough getting reps for all three. So could you break down for the readers the way your reps go for each position?

Playing lots of positions can be stressful. The way I get reps in is making sure I give it my all every game and being in on every rep, but when I’m tired or don’t think I can give it my all, I put trust in my subs, who I know can have a huge impact on the game.

How did the basketball season go?

We had an amazing basketball season, making it all the way to district finals, the third time in school history. I averaged 7 points amongst a very skilled senior class.

What goals are you setting for the team?

We have one of the same goals every season, and that is to beat our rival Delaware Hayes. But a more season-based goal would be to win a playoff game, which hasn’t been done at our school, which I know we have the talent on our team to do.

As an athlete, what has been your biggest moment?

I think the moment that felt best to me in sports has to be my first dunk; nothing was more exciting than that.

What are you going to miss from the 2025 class?

The thing I’ll miss most is the friendship, but also the tremendous skill our seniors showed on the field and on the court; they were a huge part of our team.

Who is the best player that you have faced in a game, along with the team he was on?

There are so many extremely good players we’ve played this past season, but the one that stands out most is a young defensive end from Columbus Academy, Reinaldo Perez.

What makes you a good teammate?

I think the way that I always want my teammates to succeed and cheer them on in whatever they do is what makes me a good teammate.

What are your biggest strengths as a football player?

I think my strengths that make me stand out are my hands and size. I stand at 6’4, and my hands are 11 ’inches, which is larger than most NFL receivers and tight ends.

What are three reasons you enjoy playing high school football?

My three reasons I enjoy football are the atmosphere, friends, and improving every day.

If you are invited to play in any of the all-star games after the season, will you?

I definitely will. I want to extend my football career as long as I can, whether that is in college or just in games after the season.

Have you ever gone to Scioto Downs?

I have not, but it seems like a place I would definitely enjoy.

Who is your favorite actor?

My favorite actor is Jake Gyllenhaal. I honestly think he has no bad movies.

What is your favorite drink?

Probably sweet tea.
