What are your goals for the season?
Some goals I have set for myself this season are 1. to be a good leader and role model, 2. another goal is to make the all-conference team, and 3. drop zero passes.
What goals are you setting for the team?
Some goals I want for the team are 1. Make it past the first round of playoffs, 2. Keep our 4-year streak alive, and 3. Keep the winning culture our seniors last year and the years before that have set.
What has been your biggest achievement as an athlete, in any sport, at any age?
The biggest achievement I’ve had as an athlete is winning the city north 2 years in a row.
What is the worst part of the first day of practice?
Conditioning is the worst because some guys don’t play any winter sports or spring sports, so they get out of shape.
What makes you a good teammate?
I would say I am able to hold my teammates accountable, I am very coachable, and I’m not a selfish player.
What is the strongest part of your game?
I would say the strongest part of my game is my speed.
What have you done during the off-season to help you become a better player?
I ran track to get faster/improve my running form, and I also have been waking at 4:20 am to go to the gym and work out before I go to the team's summer conditioning.
What is the best part of playing wide receiver?
Everything, hands down the most exciting position on the field. Because we get to make all the flashy plays and all the celebrations.
Who is the best player that you have faced in a game, along with the team he was on?
I would say the best player I faced in a game was Nate Severs from my freshman year (2023).
What was the highlight of the 2024 season?
The highlight of 2024 was our homecoming game against Mifflin.
What was the toughest part of the 2024 season?
Overcoming adversity
Who is your favorite athlete?
My favorite athlete is LeBron James, hands down.
What is your go-to snack?
Honey buns are my go-to snack.
Outside of sports, what are you doing for fun?
Outside of sports, I just play the game and stay home.
