Post a small recap of last season with personal highlights and any other big moments you have and memories you have from last season, whether it be a game, the bus ride to or from the game, or any other thing that sticks out.

We played a game against Heath week 2 of the season. I had been sick all day and felt horrible leading up to the game, and the first half went smoothly. I had a few tackles, and during halftime I really felt sick. We came out down 7-14, and I ended up blocking a PAT coming out of the half to make it 7-20 for them. We then got a few stops on defense, and I had 2 forced fumbles on both of their running backs. In Q4 of the game, we were still down and ended up scoring 2 touchdowns to make it 21-20 for us.

What will it take for Buckeye Valley not only to make the playoffs, but also to win a game or two this postseason?

With us having a lot of key returning players, I believe we have a good chance at making the playoffs. We just have to get our run game going and put points up on the board. If we can do that, we’ll have a great season.

What was the highlight of the 2024 season?

Although we lost, I would say playing Delaware Hayes week 1 at home, the stands were full, and so was the fence around the field, and I believe they said 6-7000 were in attendance.

Who was the best player that you faced in 2024, along with the team he was on?

Favor Akih Delaware Hayes

What do you believe the strongest part of your game is?

My run stopping and my ability to strip the ball/hit

Defensive tackle or defensive end, which one do you feel you are better at?

Defensive end for sure.

Defensive tackle or defensive end, which one is the toughest to play? Explain

It depends on perspective. Defensive tackle has a lot more double teams to beat and whatnot, but defensive end is out on an island 1 on 1 most of the time, so it depends on you.

What is the toughest drill for you to do during practice?

Up-downs

Who is the toughest teammate to square up against during practice?

Malakhi Ross, growing up with him and having him by my side for 5+ years, we are always competing against each other and going at it.

What makes you a good teammate?

My ability to lead and direct if one of my teammates needs help, also competitiveness, always looking to compete

Why should a college coach recruit you?

I am a great learner, and my size, speed, and strength make me very coachable.

If you are invited to play in any of the all-star games after the season, will you?

Yes

Yes
