With this being your final high school season, have you found yourself training any differently this off-season? Explain?

I’ve been working more than ever to make this a great season.

As an athlete in any sport at any age, what has been your biggest moment?

Winning MVL my sophomore year

As an athlete in any sport at any age, what has been your most embarrassing moment?

I missed 6 sacks on a shifty QB in week 11 of my sophomore year. 🤣

What do you feel is your biggest strength as an athlete?

My ability to read plays

What makes a good leader?

leading through touch situations

Who is the toughest teammate to face in practice?

I’d say Cory Rice; he’s very raw.

Looking back at all of the wins you have had with Butler, which one has meant the most? Explain

All of the games we were doubted to win felt great winning.

Which loss during your career has stung the most? Explain

Losing to Xenia this year… We left many points behind.

How do you help a teammate overcome a bad practice or game?

next-play mentality

What is the biggest lesson that football has taught you?

A good team beats good players.

If you are invited to play in any of the all-star games after the season, will you?

Most likely

The last time we spoke, you had said that Miami, Akron, Harvard, and Dartmouth were recruiting you. Have you gotten any offers?

I’ve received 6 offers since then, but not from those schools. Planning on racking up some of these offers this summer !

What is one food you cannot eat?

Anything casserole

Who is your favorite athlete?

Micah Parsons

Have you been to a Dayton Flyers football game?

No

A big game last year for me was the game against Eastern Pike; even though the score didn’t show it, I feel like I had a good game on both sides of the ball. Eastern is always a good game.
