Post a small recap of last season with personal highlights and any other big moments you have and/or memories you have from last season, whether it be a game, the bus ride to or from the game, or any other thing that sticks out.

Overall a successful season, we finished 8-2 in the regular season and made it all the way to the third round of playoffs, where we fell short. This season showed what our hard work and pushing each other can result in.

What are your personal goals for the season?

My goal is to become a leader, not only as a safety leading my defense as if I were the quarterback of the defense, but also as a leader during practice, pushing my team.

What goals are you setting for the team?

My goal for the team is to go farther than in recent years. I want to win the big games and push towards a league championship.

What makes you a good teammate?

In my relationships, I try hard to get to know my teammates, which can help us sharpen each other to strive towards greatness.

Safety or wide receiver, which do you feel that you are best at?

Although I practice both, I see safety as the position I am best at and train mostly towards.

Safety or wide receiver, which one is harder to play? Explain

Safety: must watch lots of film and have many keys to read.

Turf or grass?

Turf, practice on it almost always.

Who is the best player that you have faced in a game, along with the team he played for?

Carter Lowe of Whitmer, he is a beast, and Ohio State will be getting a good one.

Who is the one teammate who will do something funny when things are tense?

Cruz Vasquez always had a smile on his face and was loved by everyone.

What is your favorite part of practice?

Competition—nothing better than pushing each other while having fun at the same time.

Can the fans, band, and cheerleaders get you fired up as a player?

Yes, Perrysburg has one of the best, if not the best, student sections in the state, who come and show out every week.

What is your game day routine?

Nothing too special: load up on the proper nutrients, tape up, and get hyped to some music.

Why should your number be called when the game is on the line?

Because I study, I prepare, and I know exactly what needs to happen. I’ve put in the reps in practice and in the film room.

What is your go-to snack?

Uncrustables.

Outside of sports, what are you doing for fun?

Golf and pickle ball.

Who is your favorite athlete?

Kyle Hamilton is one of my favorites; I grew up watching Notre Dame, and he is a great safety.
