Post a small recap of last season with personal highlights and any other big moments you have and/or memories you have from last season, whether it be a game, the bus ride to or from the game, or any other thing that sticks out.
The highlight of last season was Week 10 and Round 1 of the playoffs. We won our conference championship, then we beat an undefeated Barnesville team for the third year in a row, and we really hope we have Barnesville play down at the ED and show them how we do it down here in the burg.
What was the highlight of your 2024 season?
Referring back to the answer for the last question, most likely our playoff run since turning back our season
What was the toughest part of the 2024 season?
Hoping the team still had courage going into the 2nd half of the season and going into the conference play of the year and to turn that season around, which we did.
Wheelersburg, Jackson, and Ironton seem to dominate the southeastern Ohio area. What do you believe separates those three teams from the other local teams?
We three all have culture, and we start at a young age. The three stadiums these teams play in make it a goal for each kid sitting in the stands that they want to play on that field.
How did the basketball season go for you?
Underappreciated of my goals that I had, but it was good, and I made a lot of memories from this past year.
Which sport do you feel you are best at, basketball or football?
I am better at basketball than football because I’ve poured more time into basketball.
What are your goals for the 2025 season?
Be a big contributor to the team and play both sides.
Have my last game be at Tom Benson Stadium.
What goals are you setting for the team?
Their last game will be at Tom Benson Stadium, and they will bring home that title for Southern Ohio.
What has been your biggest moment as an athlete, any sport, at any age?
The biggest moment was definitely my sophomore year, being part of two very good teams that made good playoff runs.
What is the biggest lesson that you have learned from playing sports?
That no matter what you are in physically or mentally, you always have your brothers next to you.
Who is the toughest teammate to square off against during practice?
The toughest is definitely Ryan Meeker #64, 6’4 275. He’s been a crucial part of our line for two years and will come back for a stellar senior year.
When things are tense at practice, which teammate is most likely to do something funny just to get a laugh?
I would fall back on Ryan to break the tension because he is a funny guy.
If you get an invite to play in any of the all-star games after the season, will you?
Yes, I will be happy to play in an all-star game.
Who are your favorite and least favorite NFL teams?
The Cleveland Browns are my favorite, and the Pittsburgh Steelers are the worst.
What is a skill or talent that you have that might shock those who know you?
People know me for my knowledge of sports.
