What were your feelings as you walked off the field the last time as a member of the Bishop Canevin football team?
It was immense, but I felt complete… My main goal was to leave it better than I found it, making an everlasting impact since the day I stepped on campus, and I wholeheartedly felt like I did, and it was my time.
What has been the biggest lesson that you learned from playing high school football that you can use in all aspects of life?
Leadership and what comes with it… I was a captain for 3 years and got to experience so many different views from being looked to and too looked up to. I learned so much.
Which win meant the most during your career?
WPIAL Championship 2021 Vs. OLSH
Which loss stung the most?
2022 vs. Union in the WPIAL championship…
Now that high school football is over, what do you wish, if anything, that you would have done differently?
Nothing, I think I did everything I could do and some more…
What was the high mark of the 2024 season?
The Cornell win, we pulled through with a massive down-to-the-line game. Not only did it bring our team together, but it also put us on notice because we could win close games.
What was the low point of the 2024 season?
In the final game vs. Clairton, nothing went our way, and that’s how we went out.
What's been the best and worst part of the recruiting process?
It’s definitely interesting… It's a cloudy area where many get lost and some confusing things happen, but when you put in a lot of work on the field, in the classroom, and in recruiting, and you finally start getting responses from coaches, it definitely makes it all worth it.
Would you name some of the schools that are recruiting you, along with any offers you have?
Drake, Seton Hill, West Virginia State University, McPherson College, Duquesne, RMU, William & Mary, California University, Clarion, and more.
What is your favorite home-cooked meal?
Reuben Sandwiches,
Easy and versatile, you can eat them any time of the year and they are always good.
What would you do if there were no cell phones or internet?
Try to make cellphones and the internet I would make a lot of money.
What scares you?
Rats / Big Mice
