Height: 5'9"

After summer workouts and all of the practices were over leading up to week one, what had you learned about your team?

My team and I spent the summer building relationships and strong chemistry, which would help lead us to a successful season.

What goals had you set for the team before the season started?

Improving our record over last year and making it deep in the D2 playoffs.

With this being your final high school football season, does it seem that it has gone faster than previous seasons?

Yes, it seems a bit faster, especially now that we are approaching the end of the season.

What has been the highlight of the 2024 season after week eight of the regular season?
Beating a 5-0 team in Grove City on our home turf. This gave us confidence and set the tone for the balance of the season.

What has been the most disappointing part of the 2024 season?
Losing teammates due to injury.

Who has been the best player that you have faced this season, along with the team he played for?

Terrell Holcomb-Gahanna Lincoln High School. We have been playing against each other since little league. If this were after week 9, I would probably say Preston Bowman (my cousin)—Pickerington North!

What has been the highlight of your football career so far?

Being a part of a Regional Final New Albany team and playing at The Historic Crew Stadium!

What is the best part of being a running back?

The ability to put points on the board and help lead my team to victory.

What is the toughest part of being a running back?

Getting hit and being able to get back up and run the ball with that same intensity.

What would you tell a young seventh grader who wants to play football?

Work hard and stay focused, but remember to have fun!

Can you share with anyone some of the schools that you are hearing from about playing at the next level?

I currently have seven offers to play football at the next level. I currently have offers from Mercyhurst University, Marian University, Wittenberg University, Wheeling University, Baldwin Wallace University, and Mount Saint Joseph University.

If you are invited to play in any of the all-star games after the season is over, will you?
Yes, I would love the opportunity!

Where is the best mom-and-pop spot in town to grab a meal?
