What makes being a student athlete at Union Local special?

How the teaching staff and coach’s all work to make us better athletes, students, and people in general

What is the toughest part of being a student athlete?

Doing homework after getting home from a late-night practice 

Can you share with everyone any awards that you have won or earned?

What are your goals for the 2024 season?

My goals are to rush for over 1200 yards again this year, score 10+ touchdowns, and help lead my team to making it deeper into the playoffs.

What other sport do you play?
I wrestle 

What is the strongest part of your game?

My hard work and determination 

Which part of your game are you hoping to improve on before the season starts?

I’d like to improve my vision, my moves, and my speed.

Would you rather kick the season off against your rival or face them at the end of the season? 

We play our rivals at the end of the season, and I like that because we work all season leading up to that game.

What has been your biggest moment as an athlete, in any sport, at any age?

I won a state title in wrestling in my 6th grade year and my 8th grade year.

Who has been the best player that you have faced in a game, along with the team he played for?

Rashid Sessay in week 11 last year, He played for West Muskingum now playing for the Buckeyes

What are your favorite and least favorite parts of practice? 

My favorite is when we do teamwork, and my least favorite is conditioning.

Turf or grass?

I feel faster but get turf burns. I would have to go with grass because our home field is grass.

What is your favorite type of music?

Anything that comes on 

What toppings go on your burger? 

Cheese and Ketchup
