The North defense would make an early statement when Zyaire Lewis (Buchtel) crushed Jenson Garber (Garaway) to force a South punt with 10:00 left in the opening quarter. Carson Colucci (Fairless) showed off his arm when he found Braxton Althauser (McComb) for a 19-yard North gain. Then a twenty-yard gut run from Althauser gave the North a 6-0 lead. Demetrion Duvall (Buchtel) made good on his point after attempt to give the North the 7-0 lead with 9:03 left on the clock.

Caden Henson (Valley View) hooked up with Connor Campbell (Van Wert) for a South first down with the play going for 25 yards. Sout would go for it on fourth and five with Alex Ervin (Williamsburg) making a catch, but Josh Styles (Mentor Lake Catholic) struck him down a yard short of the first down marker.

This would be a 14-0 game after Isaac Ramsey (Shelby) hauled in a 47-yard touchdown catch with 4:13 left in the quarter. A diving catch by Brycen Hunt (Fairland) gave the South All Stars a 24-yard gain and another first down. Hunt would bring in another ball thrown from Payton Jackson (Fairland) for 28 yards. The drive would end with zero points as the North All-Stars again flexed their muscles. The last big play of the quarter came on a leaping catch by Preston Hopperton (Streetsboro) on a nicely thrown ball by Poochie Snyder (Canton South).

The North defense would get another big play, this one from Connor Satterfield (Northwest), when he stopped Henson for a loss of six at the 5:52 mark of the second quarter. This became a 21-0 game when Snyder connected with Gino Blasini (Kirtland) for the 31-yard score with 0:57 left in the half. Hunt would make a leaping catch on a pass that was thrown by Newton Hoops (Unioto), but on the next play, Hoops was picked off by Luke Henning (Western Reserve) to end the half.

The scoreless third quarter would bring with it three nice plays, one from the south and two from the north. A diving catch from Hunt for 14 yards was the big play from the south. For the North, Henning got an interception, and an 11-yard pass completion from Snyder to Isaac Ramsey (Shelby) was the other.

Some highlights from the final frame were a 7-yard completion from Jackson to Cameron Jewell (Jonathan Alder). Then back-to-back sacks from Landon Bockelman (Liberty Center) on South quarterback Jackson. Levi Smiley (Purcell Marian) made a one-handed leaping touchdown catch on a ball thrown by Jackson that was followed by a point-after kick from Will Donahoe (Urbana) to give us our final score of 21-7.
