(Softball/Game Report) Columbiana Clippers 3 East Palestine Bulldogs 1

 


The Clippers took the bite out of the Bulldogs in this one with a 3-1 victory Monday. The Clippers only had 5 hits for the game, but the Bulldogs totaled just one. The Bulldogs had three errors in this one while the Clippers did not commit any. 

Freshman Ella Eisenbraun led the Clippers' offense with 2 hits, 1 RBI, and she scored 2 Runs. She did her work from the number 9 sport in the batting order. Landry Smith add a hit and an RBI. The only Bulldog hit came from Kennedy Andre and it was a single.

In the field Alexis Sperling had 8 put outs for the winners. Leading the Bulldogs in that department was Kennedy Andre with four. Kara Lewis had two errors and Destiney Burtyk had one.

 Ella Eisenbraun picked up the win.

Andre took the loss.
