Please post something from last season, like a big game you had, something about a certain game, something from a bus ride to or from the game, or something that sticks out from a practice. Anything that sticks out to you.
-A big game for me was my sophomore year at Classic in the Country. We played Akron Hoban, a game we were supposed to win. I ended the game with 22 points, and we ended up winning, and that was the game that my team really played together, and we pulled off the win for our head coach, who was out sick.
How long have you played basketball, and who or what got you started?
I have played basketball since I was big enough to walk and dribble; my dad heavily influenced me getting started.
What has been the toughest part of the 2025-2026 season?
After being in a slump as a team with our head coach being out due to a hip replacement, the hardest part has been coming together as a team and playing for each other, which we have slowly been getting better at.
What has been the best part of the season?
Seeing the team come together and start playing for each other and for the name on our chest.
What has been your biggest moment on the court?
Hitting my 1000th career point as a junior
How would you describe your style of play?
I would say I have a unique style of play that isn't flashy but is fundamental and strong. I play hard till the end, and I don't give up. My driving to the basketball is one of my biggest strengths, along with my jumpers.
What makes you a good teammate?
I want to watch my teammates succeed, and I will be the first to tell you when you screwed something up, but I will also be the first to hype you up when you're down and cheer you on when you're doing well.
What is the strongest part of your game?
My driving to the rim and my jumpers
Which drill in practice is the toughest to do?
Building the house (full court 1v1)
Which road gym is the toughest to play in, along with the thing that makes it so tough?
Lancaster gym is the toughest to play in; the floors are a little slick and the lighting is very dim.
Who is the best player that you have faced in a game, along with the team they were on?
Berry Wallace from Pickerington Central
Do you feel you are better as an offensive player or a defensive player?
I feel I am very flexible both ways, offensively and defensively.
Should there be a shot clock in high school basketball?
Yes
What is your favorite class or subject?
Anatomy
Who are your role models?
Paige Bueckers, as a celebrity role model, and then my dad, as a person who I see every day as my role model
What is a trend or style from your generation that you do not get?
I have started seeing basketball players in AAU tournaments wearing ankle socks, and I don't get that.
