Did it feel as though your senior season went by faster than earlier seasons?

Definitely, this season has flown by faster than ever, from summer training to being in playoffs, but I played to the fullest and left all on the field with no regrets.

What was the best part of your 2025 season?

The best part had to be snapping Badin’s 30+ GCL win streak after everybody was expecting us to get blown out.

What were your feelings as you walked off the field for the last time as a member of the Archbishop McNicholas football team?

It was emotional for sure, but you have to move on in life, and I’m off to college and will always be grateful for McNick football and how they took me in and made me their own. Glad to be a Rocket and always will be.

Now that your high school career is over, do you feel that private schools have unfair advantages over public schools?

No, not really. I feel like a private school is a private school and a public school is a public school; anybody has a fair chance to be good. That’s the beauty—that any team can be good at any time, and playing all different teams and getting the versatile looks of how other schools play and do things is the beauty of football.

What mark do you feel your class left on the football program?

I feel like my class left an unforgettable mark, and years later people are going to look back and still talk about us, and we are going to continue making that mark bigger and bigger throughout life.

What are you going to miss the most from playing high school football?

For me, I just love looking in the stands and seeing thousands and thousands of people watching you play. It’s the best feeling ever, especially when you’re home because you can feel all the love and support from family and friends.

Do you think that the transfer portal in college football is making it harder for high school players to be recruited?

Yeah, I mean, you could say that, but I say if your dog is your dog, no matter where you start or how you do it, you're going to get where you need to be and can’t be denied.

How would you describe your style of play to a college coach?

I would say I'm a versatile CB that can play man-to-man and zone with efficiency, but man-to-man is my pride and joy.

Why should a college coach recruit you?

I'm a dog, and I'm working to be the best every single day and always improving my game. Also, I've played against the best of the best players in high school football, and I know I can compete with anybody and always will work my way to the top. I know what you’re looking for in college, from the skill to the confidence, experience, and knowledge—I’ve got it all.

Can you let the readers know how the recruiting process is going, along with some of the schools that you are hearing from?

The recruiting process is going well. I have colleges that want me; there's nothing more I can ask for. Thomas More and Morehead State are schools of SO.

If you get an invite to play in any of the all-star games, will you?

Definitely to touch the field with the best of the best and be able to play high school football again is a dream come true.

Which win meant the most to you?

Definitely beating Badin; beating your rival and snapping a streak that long is just unmatched.

If you could have one hour to speak to anyone throughout history, who would it be?

I’ll have Martin Luther King; his love for people was unmatched.

What is a skill or talent that you have that those around you would be surprised about?

I’m really good at 2k.

What is a style or fad that your generation has that you don't get or understand?

Double mouthpieces are so unconventional.
