Please post something from last season that sticks out to you. It can be from a game, practice, or something funny on the bus ride to or from the game. Any moment that sticks out to you.

Going into overtime against Watkins Memorial. It was my first varsity game. It was a fight all game, and I was really amped.

What was the highlight of the 2025 season?

Going to the playoffs and winning a thriller of a game against Indian Creek.

What was the lowest point of the 2025 season?

Definitely would have been our loss to Johnathan Alder. I was really close with our seniors, and that was the last time I was ever going to play with them.

Who is the toughest teammate to square up against during practice, and what made him so tough?

It would have to be our senior DT, Miguel. He is just an explosively strong guy who goes to the max every play.

Who was the best player that you faced in a game along with the team he was on?

J.J. Holloway with the Heath Bulldogs.

Which road stadium that you played in during the 2025 season was the best to have played in, and what made it so good?

I would say it was Indian Creek. It was a wild playoff game, their field was really nice, and their locker room had plenty of room.

Can the band, fans, and/or cheerleaders pump you up during the game?

Absolutely. Who wouldn’t get hyped up with an awesome fan base like Johnstown, and our band is insane.

What did you learn the most from last season about yourself that you can use to be a better player this coming season?

Being my first year playing varsity, you realize how fast the game moves. Equipped with that knowledge and experience, I feel I will be better able to manage my portion of the game and help those around me.

What is the strongest part of your game?

I feel I do a good job when it comes to run blocking. I have a good ability to generate a strong push and open run lanes for my running back.

During the off-season, which part of your game are you going to work on the most so that you can be better on the field?

Definitely focusing on speed and agility during this offseason. I’m emphasizing my ability to get to and dominate at the second level.

What makes you a good teammate?

I believe as a good teammate we push each other to be successful. I always try my best to not only see what my teammates can become but also jump in to try and help get them there.

Do you feel that private schools have any unfair advantages or public schools?

I don’t feel that there is any advantage or disadvantage between public and private schools.

Where should the state finals be held?

I like that they are being held at the Football Hall of Fame stadium. I think it should stay where it is.

What is your favorite class or subject?

My favorite subject is history.

Have you ever gone to any sporting event at Denison University?

No

Who are your role models?

My father guides me in life, and Coach Carter guides me on the field and helps me to realize my full potential.
