Please post something from last season, like a big game you had, something about a certain game, something from a bus ride to or from the game, or something that sticks out from a practice. Anything that sticks out to you.
The Marietta game was full of emotions, but we showed toughness and fight and came out with the close win.
Who or what got you started playing basketball?
My dad has been a varsity basketball coach for almost 30 years, and so growing up I was always in the gym with him and his teams. That’s where my love for the game started.
You guys had an outstanding 2024-2025 season, going 22-2 overall and 12-0 in league play. What will you guys need to do this year to have an even better season?
It’s all about preparation, taking every game seriously, no matter the opponent. And learning how to play tournament basketball early.
What has been your biggest accomplishment on the court?
Being someone for young kids to look up to and getting the opportunity to play at the next level.
Which win so far has meant the most?
Hillsboro, my junior year, there is something different about playoff basketball.
Which loss has stung the most?
Warren, my junior year, it was a game that we definitely could’ve won and would’ve made us undefeated in the regular season if we pulled it out.
What is the strongest part of your game?
My ability to stretch the floor and create mismatches with my size.
Which part of your game do you need to improve the most?
Leadership and ball screen defense

4-on-4 rebounding
What are your personal goals for the season?
Continuing to improve and expand my game to help transition to the college level
What goals are you setting for your team?
Reaching our potential and making a deep tournament run
Would you share with the readers how the recruiting process has gone, along with some of the schools that you are hearing from?
The recruiting process has been cool to experience; however, it is also very stressful and time-consuming. Other than the schools that have already offered me, I’ve been hearing from Marshall, Army, Lafayette, UC San Diego, and others.
Who are your role models?
My grandfather and my dad have both played crucial roles.
Outside of sports, what are you doing for fun?
I enjoy golfing and having fun with my family and friends.
