Please post a small recap of last season with something like a big game you had, something about a certain game, something from a bus ride to or from the game, or something that sticks out from a practice.

So last season, I joined the team late. I didn’t start practice until the 1st game of the season. I’ve played basketball my whole life. I’m very athletic, so I wanted to showcase what I could do on the field. I felt like I proved myself, but I still had a lot to learn. Every game stood out to me. I felt like I was getting better with each snap I played.

Wide receiver or cornerback, which one do you feel you are best at?

I have good hands and run good routes, but I also can cover well. I’m at my best when the balls are in the air on either side 😂.

Which type of receiver is the toughest for you to go up against in a game?

A receiver who knows how to run good routes. One that doesn’t give the routes away with their body movements.

What are your goals for the season?

To earn as many awards as possible. If I can do that, I can help my team be successful.

What goals are you setting for your team?

To have a winning record and win a state title.

What makes you a good teammate?

I support my teammates and never try to put them down.

How would you describe your style of play?

I’m athletic; I just recorded a 38” vertical, so I like to jump and make plays. I would say very dynamic.

What has been your biggest moment as an athlete?

In middle school, we won back-to-back LCL championships in basketball. I would love to recreate that feeling with a state title in football.

Turf or grass?

Turf

What is the worst weather to play in?

The worst weather is rain.

How important is it for the team to not only get along on the field but also off of it too?

It creates a bond because the players will start taking a lot more pride in protecting their friends and wanting to win for them. You will always protect your brother.

What does community buy-in mean to you?

We represent our community as soon as we put the jersey on. We bring the community together every Friday night. When the jersey comes off, I represent the community. We support each other.

What are you going to miss the most from the 2025 class?

We had some tough seniors, real tough! I don’t want to leave any names out. But I hope we can match their toughness.

What is your favorite class or subject?

Math

What is your favorite drink?

Orange Cream Soda

What scares you?

My alarm clock 😂. I would say not being successful.
