Last year in the interview you had set a goal for yourself to be an all-league tackle. Did you obtain that goal?

Yes, I did. I made all-league tackle, and I also made all-district tackle.

What makes you a good teammate?

What makes me a good teammate is that I try to encourage my teammate no matter what.

With this being your final high school season, are you approaching things any differently than you have in the past?

Since this season is my last in high school, I want to make sure that my body is healthy all the time, unlike last year, when I wasn’t focused on that.

Who is the toughest teammate to square off against during practice?

Dalton Pond because he’s the only real defensive lineman that actually gives me good competition.

Who is the best player you have faced in a game, along with the team he played for?

I would say the best player I went against was number 53 on Tri Valley. I don’t remember his name, but he was a dog at DE.

If you could take your rival game against Watkins and move it to any stadium in the nation, where are you playing that game?

I think I would play at either the Shoe or the Hall of Fame Stadium just because I’ve always wanted to play at each stadium.

What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2025?

I’m going to miss the team chemistry the class of 25 and class of 26 had, mostly because we have all been playing together since youth league and we all wanted the same goal.

Where should the state finals be held?

I think the state finals should stay at the Hall of Fame Stadium.

What is the worst part of two-a-days?

My school doesn’t really do 2-a-days anymore, but definitely would be the physical and mental strength after your first practice to still go full go.

If you are invited to play in any of the all-star games after the season, will you?

Yes, I would.

Why should a college coach recruit you?

I think colleges should recruit me because I’m explosive off the ball in the run game, and for pass protection, I’m good with my footwork, and I barely lose against a defensive end in the game during pass protection.

Could you share with the readers some of the colleges you are hearing from?

Right now I have a total of 3 offers. I have Wittenberg (D3), Wheeling University (D2), and Lawrence Tech University (NAIA).

But I also have interest from Ohio Dominican University, Walsh University, Findlay University, Valparaiso University, and Mount Union University.

Have you been to a Columbus Clippers game?

Yes, I have many times.

What is the one sport you cannot watch?

The one sport I cannot watch is golf; it’s a very slow-paced game, and I don’t really like that.

MMA or boxing?

MMA because it is a much more physical sport than boxing; it has a lot of varieties of combat in it, and it’s more entertaining than boxing in my opinion.
