Post a small recap of last season with personal highlights and any other big moments you have and/or memories you have from last season, whether it be a game, the bus ride to or from the game, or any other thing that sticks out.

Last year was a year of realization and not a lot of success. I personally value winning and seek it to be fun… So yes, I had some good plays at times, but team success is what is remembered by all.

What are your personal goals for the 2025 season?

Personally, I’m looking to display on the field that I am the hardest worker not only in Ohio but in the nation… I would like to let results speak for themselves.

What goals are you setting for your team?

Team success is quite honestly more important than my personal at times. I want to help our team not only have a winning record but also go to the playoffs and show what DarbyBall is about and surprise some people in 2025.

What has been your biggest moment as a football player?

My biggest moment as a football player isn’t even in the game, but afterwards. I enjoy moments when people are proud of the work I’ve put in and they can say, “Yeah, I know that person,” being able to make smiles.

As an athlete in any sport, at any age, what has been your most embarrassing moment?

My most embarrassing moment is a hard one to say, but I missed a block in a field goal attempt, and it got blocked. I learned quickly and adapted, but it sucked… We got through it, though.

What makes you a good teammate?

I think I am a good teammate in the fact that I can give people an example of what 100% looks like. Verbally, yes, I communicate well, but it’s not entirely how I lead. I like to lead by example.

DE/OLB/TE: Of those positions that you are listed as playing, which one do you feel you are the best at?

I’ve played DE my whole life, and as a wrestler, my ability to use my hips and hands has transformed me into a better version of what I am. DE is a position of grit and awareness, which suits me well.

What is the strongest part of your game?

The strongest part of my game is my get-off from the line. I can get off the ball quicker than others, and it shows within my film. Huge asset for all aspects of being a two-way athlete.

What are you doing in the off-season to help you become a better player?

As of now I am lifting, of course, and putting my faith in my coaches. I have a great staff around me and truly believe they can get me where I and the team want to go, so I’m following their suggestions and getting faster & stronger.

Who has been the best player that you have faced on the field?

On the field, I believe the best player I’ve played against would be CJ Sanna, who is committed to Ohio State. He attends Olentangy High School and is a very strong, versatile athlete.

How important is it to you that the team not only gets along on the field but off of it too?

It is probably the most important part of football; a team that does everything together will be a good team. But, we work on the field like no other, and we’ll be a great team. Bonding is huge… I fish with my teammates on weekends occasionally to build chemistry.

If you could only beat one of the other two teams in Hilliard, which one are you beating?

If I could beat one Hilliard team, it would be Davidson. Bradley is our main rival, but they are not as good of a team as Davidson is. To beat them would mean we beat a good team; that’s what I value, and I know our team does.

If you could take one game from your schedule and move it to any station in the nation, where are you playing that game?

I’d like to play the Bradley game at the Shoe (Buckeyes Stadium). That would be surreal, and I’d like to have my parents watch me play in that stadium.

If you are hearing from any colleges, could you name one or two of them?

Where is the best local spot to grab a pizza?

Two colleges in stable and quality contact with me are Indiana University and Miami University (OH). These two schools have shown me the most attention, and I do appreciate them.

Which state would you like to visit for the first time?

A state I would like to visit for the first time would definitely be Texas. What’s not in Texas? I’d like to go to see the whole state, as they got everything except cold weather.

Where is the best local spot to grab a pizza?

Hilliard does not have good pizza at all, but a good local restaurant would be Abner’s, which is a breakfast spot. Or Yabo’s Taco's for some good tacos.

Have you gone to a Columbus Clippers game?

I had been to a Columbus Clippers game when I was really young; it was a fun time. Definitely suggest going if you’re visiting.]
