Post a small recap of last season with personal highlights and any other big moments you have and/or memories you have from last season, whether it be a game, the bus ride to or from the game, or any other thing that sticks out.

One big moment of last year was our victory over Swanton in week 2. They scored early on, but the very next drive I ran for a 72-yard touchdown, which helped get us back in the game. We were up by a touchdown in the 4th quarter, and then I ran another one in from 5 yards to seal the deal. It was a great feeling to bounce back and get a win after losing week 1.

What or who got you started playing football?

My dad convinced me to try flag football in 4th grade, which I hated, and he had to beg me to play 5th grade tackle football.

What keeps you playing the game?

My love for the game and my desire to get better and lead this team to be better.

What will the Aces have to do to turn things around this season, after finishing 2-8 in 2024?

We already are beginning to turn things around by changing the culture and expecting more out of each player. Our team is going to need to be much more accountable this year.

Running back or linebacker, which one do you feel you are better at?

Running back for sure.

If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense? Explain

I want to be on offense, specifically on the goal line, where I know I can punch it in. Every time the coaches ran me at the goal line when we needed 5 yards or less, I was able to put my head down and score.

What is the worst part of the first day of practice?

The soreness you feel the day after.

What makes you a good teammate?

I would say my accountability makes me a good teammate. I’m not afraid to call others out, but I will also be accountable when I am called out.

What has been your biggest moment as a football player?

My biggest moment as a football player was when I scored my first varsity touchdown as a freshman.

How do you get over a bad game?

To get over a bad game, I try to just move on and get back on the field and watch my film to see how I can be better.

Who is the one teammate that is going to go off if the team is having a bad practice?

I might be the one teammate to go off if the team is having a bad practice. Being a team captain, I expect my team to perform and execute to the highest of standards.

Where should the state finals be?

They should be in Columbus at the Ohio State Buckeyes Stadium.

If you are invited to play in any of the all-star games after the season, are you playing?

We don’t really have any all-star games in my area. If we did it, it would all depend on how my body feels after the season.

Where is the best local spot to grab a pizza?

The best pizza in Hicksville comes from Marathon.

What is your favorite type of music?

My favorite type of music is hip-hop, specifically made by Kid Cudi.

What is your favorite holiday?

My favorite holiday has got to be Christmas. Not for the presents, but this is typically when I get to see the most family. My family is the most important to me.
