What are your goals for the 2025 season?

All-WKC, Top 15 in state for sacks

What goals are you placing on the team this season?

We take it one step at a time; the first goal is to beat Webster County in a dominant fashion.

How important is it to you that the players get along on the field and off of it?

It’s extremely important. Some of us have been playing ball together since elementary school. We all need to be on the same page.

The Lakers struggled in 2024, going winless. What has to change inside the team to find success this season?

We need to fully commit to the program and do whatever it takes to win.

What lesson did you learn from the 2024 season that you can use to be a better player this season?

Winning is never guaranteed. There was never a play I took off, and I gave everything I had, but doing that doesn’t guarantee a win.

Tight end or defensive end, which one do you feel you are best at?

Defensive end is my bread and butter. Nothing I like more than killing a quarterback.

Tight end or defensive end, which one is harder to prepare for?

Tight end is harder mentally; D-end is harder physically.

If you could move one of your home games and play it in any stadium in the nation, where are you playing?

M&T Bank Stadium (Home of the Baltimore Ravens)

Which game are you looking forward to the most?

It all starts with the first game. Webster.

What is your favorite part of practice?

Just being out on the field with my brothers. That’s the highlight of my day.

What makes you a good teammate?

I don’t care if you’re a freshman or even if you’re in middle school; I’ll always talk to them like I do with the guys in my class. I want everyone on the team to feel like they add value to the team.

What has been your biggest moment as an athlete, any sport, any age?

My first ever sack on a D1 tackle

Where is your dream vacation spot?

New Zealand

What scares you?

Injuries

Who are your favorite and least favorite pro sports teams?

Baltimore Ravens!!!
