How long have you played football, and along with whom or what got you started?
9 years playing football. My dad and mom got me started.
What keeps you playing football?
The love of the sport along with goals and aspirations I have within the sport.
What are your goals for the 2025 season?
To break rushing records at Buena as well as step up as a leader for my team.
What goals are you setting for your team?
I want us to surpass our previous two playoff seasons with a state championship win as well as strengthen our bond as a team.
What has been your biggest moment in a game?
It has to be a tie between my school record 99-yard rushing TD vs. Ironwood Ridge or my 201-yard rushing game vs. Catalina Foothills.
What has been your most embarrassing moment as an athlete?
The time I ran over a female TV news reporter on one of my runs! I felt bad.
You have it listed that you are a middle linebacker and a running back. Of the two positions, which one do you feel you are best at?
I feel that I am best at running back, but I can also turn it up at middle linebacker.
Running back or middle linebacker, which one is the toughest to prepare for?
Running back for sure, since I love it so much that I beat myself up training hard to perfect my craft.
Who is the best player that you have faced in a game, along with the team he played on?
I'm not sure I have a best player I have ever faced since every team has good players, which present different challenges.
Which game are you looking forward to the most?
I'm looking forward to each and every game, but I would love a tough game against Marana.
What have you done during the off-season to improve your game?
My off-season was spent lifting weights, doing agility drills, and running track. Working on getting bigger and faster!
Are you hearing from any colleges? If so, please list a few of them.
I have had some JUCO interests, D3 & D2 camp invites, a D1 letter of interest, and another D1 camp invite through messaging on X. I have received a Letter of Interest from the University of Long Island Sharks (D1 FCS), a camp invitation to Western New Mexico University (D2), and an unofficial camp invite to the University of New Mexico Lobos (D1) via direct message on my X account.
Outside of sports, what are you doing for fun?
I spend time with my girlfriend and family and play some online games.
What is a talent or skill that you have that might shock those who know you?
Nothing shocking that I can think of.
What are your favorite and least favorite styles of music?
It depends on my mood which music I listen to. I love to mix around country, R&B, and reggae. I don't really like to listen to newer rap.
