How long have you played basketball, and who or what got you started?

I have played basketball at the age of 5. I think what made me want to start playing was my parents being big on basketball and my mom coaching my first basketball team.

What are you going to miss the most from the 2025 class?

the leadership they portray on our team and the connections on and off the court

What moment during the season, a game, at practice, or on the bus ride will you remember the most?

The pregame bus rides to the game talking about anything and everything. Also home games where the energy is always there.

What part of your game do you believe is the strongest?

My shooting but also having the ability to drive hard and play good defense.

Which part of your game do you hope to improve the most during the off-season?

More moves I can use around the bucket and being more consistent with my shots.

Which gym is the toughest to play in? Explain.

I would say either Amanda Just because of the tension when we play, there is always high, and the atmosphere is loud.

Who is the best player you have ever faced in a game, along with the team they played on?

I would either say Addison Edgington because she has an excellent inside game and she is strong with the ball and can finish well, or Taylor Evans because she can convert points at any spot, whether that is from the three, driving and making moves to the basket, or dishing off to another player.

Who is the toughest teammate to face in practice?

Either Christian because of her tall lengthiness, which makes it hard to get shots off, or Averey because she is quick and a lockdown defender.

What is your favorite and least favorite drill to do during practice?

My favorite drill to do in practice is definitely 11-man, and my least favorite is probably zig-zags, even though that drill has probably helped us the most this year with our defense.

Just focusing on this season, which win meant the most? Explain.

I think that our third win against Circleville meant that most. You always hear the term beating a team 3 times is hard. There was also a lot of tension behind this game from our last two matchups in league play.

What do you think needs to be done to get bigger crowds at the games?

Honestly, girls sports have never really gotten a lot of attention, but for our team this year, I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better support system. Our community was behind our backs the whole time, and we’re part of the reason we won games.

What is your favorite class or subject?

Spanish or Chemistry

What is your favorite type of music?

Country

What is a talent or skill you have that might shock those around you?

I am actually pretty good at gymnastics.
