What were your feelings as you walked off the field the last time as a high school football player?

I was very emotional because it hit me that I just played the last snap of my high school career. There is nothing like playing on a Friday night with your friends and your community behind you, and I realized those nights were over, but I made a lot of memories over the last four years and knew even though it had come to an end, it was all worth it.

What was your personal biggest moment on the football field?

Picking the ball off against Columbus Academy, week 10 of my senior season, to seal the game and win the CBL championship.

Who was the best player you faced in a game, along with the team he played for?

Grady Kinsey, Indian Valley

Who was the best team that you played against, along with the things that made them so good?

Bishop Watterson, they were a complete team. They didn’t lack skill or talent in any aspect of their game.

What are you going to miss the most about playing high school football?

I am going to miss the feeling after a win, celebrating with your school and family after home games and with your teammates on the bus back home after away games, knowing you did all that you could to win.

This past season, you had 124 tackles to go with being named the Central District Defense Player of the Year. Congratulations on both.

What do you believe is the strongest part of your defensive game?

Play recognition

What mark do you believe that your class left on the Ready Football program?

My class left a mark of resilience because, as juniors, we experienced an almost perfect regular season with great wins, but as seniors, we started the season off slow, and many doubted our chances at a conference championship and if we were even going to make the playoffs. Halfway through the season, we turned it around, won back-to-back conference championships, and played in the playoffs once again.

What did you learn about yourself this season that you will use at the next level to be a better player? ,

I have learned that I can be a positive impact on the team not just by improving my abilities as an individual but also by also improving my abilities as a teammate. This would include having a positive attitude, being vocal, and making the players around me better because of my actions on and off the field in good and bad situations.

How is the recruiting process going?

Great, I have just committed to Ohio Dominican University.

You play football, basketball, or baseball. Of the three sports, which

Which one do you feel that you are the best at?

I am the best at football.

What is your favorite subject or class?

Physics

What is your go-to snack?

Peanut butter sandwich crackers
