QB/free safety

Class of 2027

5’10 or 155 pounds

What are your goals for the 2024 season?

My goal is to help my team make it to the playoffs and have five rushing touchdowns by the end of the season.

What goals are you setting for your team?

If we win a game in the playoffs

Quarterback or free safety—which one do you feel you are better at?

I feel I’m better at quarterback because I’m good at reading the defense.

What do you feel is the strongest part of your game?

My strongest part of my game is being able to play any skill position on the field.

Which part of your game do you feel you need to improve on the most?

The part I need to work on is taking the hard coaching.

What have you been able to accomplish during the off-season to become a better player?

I have been working on the mental aspect of the game.

What must the 2024 West Cowboys do better to improve on their 1-9 mark from last season?

We got to play as a team and not for ourselves because one wrong move could change the game.

What has been your biggest accomplishment as an athlete so far?

My biggest accomplishment is being a great team player and leader on the field.

Football, track, basketball—you are in all of those. Which of those three sports do you feel that you are best at?

I feel I’m best at football and track.

Football, track, basketball—how long have you played each sport, and who or what got you started playing them?

I've been playing football since I was 7; my dad got me started playing, and I’m going to keep going for him because he passed away. My brother got me started playing basketball because he saw me shoot the ball at 10. But track, I started 8th grade year, and I just saw that I was good at it and faster than most people, so I started doing it.

Would you rather start the season against your rivals or play them in the final week? Explain

I want to play week 10 so we can get all the bad stuff out during the season, and then week 10 will blow them out.

Who is the one teammate who is sure to say something to get a laugh when things are a little tense?

Emarion bell

What is your favorite class or subject?

Math and science

Where is your favorite spot to grab a bite?

Wendy’s

What scares you?

Injuries on my legs because if I don’t have my legs, I don’t have sports at the high level I want to be at.
