5'7, weight 130

You play both football and baseball for Marion Pleasant. How long have you played each sport?

I’ve played football since the 4th grade. And I have played baseball since I was little.

Of the two sports, which do you believe you are best at?

Definitely football.

The Spartans had a five-game improvement on the football field from 2022–2023. What will it take to improve on the 2023 win total?

Honestly, just keep working in the weight room. Keep grinding when nobody is watching. And working together as a team.

In football, who has been the best player that you have faced, along with the team he played for?

I would say Isaiah Ramsey. Shelby Ohio

What are your personal goals for the 2024 football season? -

My goal for this season is to win the MOAC. And beating river valley.

Looking back at only the road football games, which has been the best stadium you have played, along with what made the stadium so good?

I am going to have to go with Wyndord. Honestly, the atmosphere there was pretty good.

Who is the toughest pitcher you have ever faced, along with the team he played for?

Riley Baum from Heath

Should all of the state finals in all sports be at the same location? If you think so, where should they be held?

Yes, they should be played at the same place. I feel like they should be played at Ohio State.

What is the best part of being a student athlete at Marion Pleasant?

The best part about being a student athlete at Pleasant is having long-lasting friendships. By playing and working with my teammates and coaches. Just learning life skills like leadership and time management.

What is the toughest part of being a high school student athlete?

When you add playing a sport to academics,.

Do private schools have an unfair advantage over public schools?

I feel like private schools have more resources for students, have smaller classes, and focus heavily on incorporating life skills.

What would you tell that incoming seventh grader if he asked you why he should play football?

I would tell them to join football; it is a great experience. It is great for young kids to start early. So they fall in love with the sport.

What is a talent or skill that you have that would shock others?

Here’s a talent: I can do a double back flip

on a high dive.

What toppings go on your burger?

I’m pretty basic. I would only like cheese on my burger.

Have you ever been to a Columbus Clippers game?

Yes
