What was the high point of the 2023 season?

Growing my football IQ

What was the low point of the 2023 season?

Fracturing my back in a scrimmage caused me to miss the season.

What are your goals for the 2024 season?

Make a playoff run and recover first-team honors.

What makes you a dangerous receiver?

I’m a route technician who makes explosive plays, which causes me to be a walking mismatch.

What is the toughest aspect of playing wide receiver?

Being mentally tough enough to go from a bad play, wash it out, and make a great play right after.

For a receiver, what is the worst type of weather to play in?

Snow because it affects all aspects of the game, including cutting, catching, and blocking.

Turf or grass?

Great grass is the best, but overall, turf is the best because it feels like my cuts are a lot more crisp.

Who is the best player that you have faced in a game, along with the team he played on?

The best player I faced was J.J. Miller for Williamsburg.

Can you share with the readers any of the camps that you have attended, along with the biggest lessons you have learned?

I’ve gone and competed at Kentucky State University and a Wesleyville showcase, and the biggest lesson I learned was that no one can stop me but myself, so learning how to become more mentally tough has transformed my game.

Which part of your game are you hoping to improve on before the season kicks off?

I’m hoping to improve the most on my flexibility so I can have a full, healthy season and be able to show off my hard work and talent.

After the season is over, if you are invited to play in any of the Allstar games, will you?

Yes, I’d be hindered from playing in an all-star game.

If you are hearing from any colleges, could you tell us one or two of them?

There are no current official offers, but I have many colleges interested.

Have you ever attended a Bengals game?

No, I’ve watched them practice but have not seen a game yet, but I hope to soon.

What is your go-to snack?

I have many food allergies, but my go-to snack is definitely cottage cheese.

Who are your role models?

My role model is my dad, because he taught me how to be a fierce competitor, showing lots of tenacity and working hard to achieve goals.
