With this being your final high school season, have you found yourself preparing things any differently?

I am just doing everything in my power to be the best I can be. Trusting the process!

What will you miss from the 2024 seniors?

I’m going to miss being around them every day the most.

What mark do you believe the 2024 seniors left on the football program?

They left a legacy of hard work and leadership.

Where on the offensive line do you feel you are best at?

It was an honor stepping in and playing my brother’s position at right tackle my sophomore year, and I feel my best wherever my team needs me on the line. But I have also enjoyed and feel comfortable playing center.

What did you learn about yourself last season that you can use to be not just a better player but a better teammate?

I’m by no means perfect, and I always study my film, study my weaknesses, and work in the offseason to better those weaknesses so I can be a better lineman to help my team repeat what we did last year.

What is the best part of being a lineman?

Forming a close bond with all of the guys. We all have to be in sync and be able to trust the guy next to us.

What is the most difficult part of being a lineman?

The toll it takes on your body

What has been the highlight of your football career so far?

We won the league last year and formed bonds with my teammates that will last forever.

As an athlete in any sport, at any age, what has been your most embarrassing moment?

My sophomore year, I played Tackle. We were running a screen. I was flat on my feet and got flipped over.

For a lineman, what is the worst weather to play in?

The worst weather I feel like playing in is the heat.

Turf or grass?

Grass, but it depends on the condition the grass is in.

If you are hearing from any colleges, could you share one or two of them with everyone?

I am hearing from Lawrence Tech, Indiana Wesleyan, and a couple others.

Have you ever been to a University of Dayton football game?

No, I have not, but I definitely want to.

What is the one food you cannot eat?

Strawberries

What is your favorite type of music?

Country music, Zach Bryan or Luke Combs
