What was your feeling walking off of the field after your last game?

I was angry because I felt I had much more to prove.

What will you miss the most about being a student-athlete at Oak Hills High School?

The inspiration teammates and coaches brought

What was your biggest accomplishment on the football field?

1st team all conference and city 

What was your most embarrassing moment as a high school athlete?

Falling on my own after receiving a pass with a bunch of open fields

What was the hardest part of an Oak Hills practice?

Conditioning days

Wide receiver or tight end—which do you feel you are better at? 

Wide receiver

Wide receiver or tight end—which is the hardest to prepare for? Explain?

Tight end because it comes with a lot of blocking along with catching passes.

What did it mean for you to be invited to play in the Southwest Ohio Football Coaches Association All-Star game?

A lot of my hard work and dedication paid off.

I have taken in a lot of all-star games, and fans, for the most part, seem to think that the players do not care as much as they should when it comes to winning the game. What are your thoughts on that?

It can go either way. Some kids really want to win, and others are having fun and taking it easy while preparing for college.

Could you name a few schools that you heard from as far as playing college football?

Thomas More, Ohio, Georgetown, Ohio Dominican

Hanging out with my girlfriend and her family

  Braylon Sturgill Ironton High School LB/FB 2025 What were your goals entering the 2023 season, and were you able to achieve those goals? Our goal every year is simple: win a state championship. We fell short last season, but we are coming back stronger. My personal goals were to be a full-time starter and contribute to my team's success.
