What was the biggest adjustment you made to your game after transferring to Paint Valley?

Putting in a lot more time into film study, breaking down defenses with the coaching staff, and being able to make the ride read with no thought during the games.

What was the biggest surprise to you as far as football in the Scioto Valley Conference goes?

The rivalry’s between all the schools in the SVC and the competitiveness between every single team.

What is it like to play for Coach Dye?

It’s amazing that a man puts in so much work not just during the season but year-round; he’s always helping us get better in not just our athletics but making all of us better men.

Up until now, what has been your biggest achievement as an athlete?
Making an honorable mention of our district.

What has been your biggest embarrassment as an athlete?
I probably got my helmet ripped off in multiple games last season.

Where should the state finals be held?

In Canton, I believe there’s so much football history there, such as the football Hall of Fame and the first NFL team, the Canton Bulldogs.

If you could change one rule in high school football, what would it be, and why?

Easily being the rule, when a ball carrier falls down, they are ruled down instead of being able to get back up if a defender did not down them.

Who is the best player you have ever faced in a game, along with the team he played for?

Drew Novak is a quarterback from Western Brown.

Which road game do you look the least forward to? Explain

Westfall since the school is so far from ours.

It's fourth and five from the five, and with three seconds left, you need a touchdown to win the game. What play are you calling?

I would say a sprint-out pass with a run option because I would have receivers to rely on to score for us, and if nothing opens up, Braylon will come out blocking and give me a runway to the end zone.

What is the one thing you wish you could do on the football field but probably do not have the chance to do?

Take a kick return to house. 

What have you been doing during the off-season to make you better on the field this season?

I’ve been lifting a lot of weights,watching a bunch of films, studying the playbook, and throwing on the field.

What is a sport you wish you could play but do not have the skills to do?

Golf, I’m not able to hit a ball of the tee barely.

What are your favorite and least favorite pro football teams?

Favorite: Bengals; least favorite: Kansas City Chiefs

What was the last book you read along with the author?

The Odyssey, by Homer. It is about the Trojan War, King Odyssey, and his hard journey back to his city.
