What will you miss the most from the 2025 class?

The amount of bonds I had with all of them

What are your goals for the season?

At least 110 solo tackles

What goals are you setting for your team?

Goals for my team are to make it further in the playoffs than we did last year and have an undefeated season.

What makes you a good teammate?

The amount of trust I give my teammates and always do what they ask me to do

Fullback or defensive tackle Which one do you feel you are best at?

I actually changed from defensive end to linebacker this year, but in my opinion, I think linebacker is my strong suit.

How did the basketball season go?

Basketball season went really well for a new coach coming in and learning all new plays.

Do you feel you are better at football or basketball?

I think I am better at football, but others like to say basketball.

Who is the best player that you have faced in a game, along with the team he was on?

 Definitely Chase Hall, Coal Grove

How important is it to you that the team gets along on the field as well as off of it?

It is very important to me. Football brings us together, and more importantly, I have created bonds with all my coaches.

If you could take one game from the schedule and play it at any stadium in the country, where are you playing the game, and who are you playing?

Coal Grove at The Ohio State University

Which game are you looking forward to the most this season? Explain

Coal Grove We got a beat down last year, but I and my team have been working our butts off this off-season, and we are ready for when the time comes.

What advice are you going to give the first-year starter right before you take the field?

Have fun; you only get 4 years of it.

Outside of sports, what are you doing for fun?

I’m a real big pickle ball guy. Also just hanging out with people I’m close with.

What is the one sport that you cannot watch?

I cannot watch the NBA. I play basketball, but it just sucks.

Athens Bulldogs use balanced attack to down Wellston Golden Rockets 41-0

  *Using the rosters from both Hudl and Max Preps* The Plains, OH Last night I made the hour-long drive to Athens High School to watch the Bulldogs host the Golden Rockets of Wellston. Entering the game, the Bulldogs came in 7-0 and ranked number 10 in division three. Wellston, much improved from last season, entered 5-2. In the game last year, Athens won 47-28. Wellston started out doing exactly what they needed to do to have a shot at winning the game. They came out and ate most of the first quarter with a drive that had last for 15 plays going for 69 yards. Things would start going wrong for them on the sixteenth play of the drive. They faced fourth and four from the Bulldogs five, and they elected to go for it, where the pass and the second attempt of the drive fell incomplete, forcing a turnover on downs. On the drive facing a third and one, Seth Lambert picked up twelve. Later on the drive facing third and fifth, Johhny Scott picked up 10-yards after he could not find anyon...
