What will it take for Jackson to make a deep playoff run this season?

Young players stepping up and playing well, as well as players staying healthy throughout the season and into the playoffs.

What makes you a good teammate?

Encouraging others to give it their all in the weight room, practice, school, and games.

Can the band and cheerleaders really get you fired up before and/or during the game?

Absolutely, Jackson has 160 band members. They both create an amazing atmosphere.

How do you get over a bad practice or game?

Learn from mistakes and be dedicated to hard work.

Which away stadium is the worst to play in? Explain

It is a tough environment to play at Wheelersburg. Their fans always show up and get loud.

Which away stadium has the best overall atmosphere?

Miami Trace has great facilities, which make for a nice atmosphere.

Which part of your game do you believe is the strongest?

Using my strength and size.

Can you share with everyone some of the camps you have attended this off-season or that you plan to?

This past year I attended Toledo, Ohio State, and Ohio University. This summer I will be attending the University at Buffalo, Ohio State, and Ohio University.

What is your game day routine?

Get some good music, get plenty of hydration, and run plays through my head.

Who is the toughest teammate to square up against in practice?

Jake Allen, OL D-1, commits to Charlotte University.

What is one thing you would love to do on the football field during a game that you might never get a chance to?

Catch a touchdown pass.

What did you learn about yourself that you will use to be a bigger force this season?

No matter how big and strong you are, you always need to use proper technique.

If you could take one home game and move it to any stadium in the nation, where are you playing that game?

Ohio Stadium

Jackson, Ironton, and Wheelersburg always seem to own the southeastern Ohio area. What do you believe separates those three schools from other schools in the area?

They have established traditions and expect to win every game.

What does community support mean to you as a student-athlete?

Our community is great; without them, we wouldn’t have near the experiences and equipment we have.

What is your favorite food to eat?

Meat lovers pizza!

What is your favorite class or subject?

I really enjoy algebra.

Outside of sports, what are you doing for fun?

I enjoy traveling to new places.
