What was the high point of the 2024 season?

The high point of the season was gaining valuable experience and insight into what I need to work on to become a better player and a more reliable teammate next season.

What was the low point of the 2024 season?

The low point of the season was our inability to capitalize in the second half. We’d be right in the game at halftime, but often came out flat and couldn’t execute when it mattered.

Who was the best team that the Stow-Munroe Falls Bulldogs faced during the season?

The best team Stow faced, in my opinion, was Wadsworth. We had a really good first quarter, then everything went downhill from there.

Who was the best player that you faced last season, along with the team he played for?

The best player I faced last season was Jake Clapper from Hudson; he was really good with his hands, had good footwork, and was aggressive.

The season did not go the way you guys wanted, but you did win that last game against Twinsburg. How big was it to let the seniors go out with a win?

Winning that last game against Twinsburg was huge for the seniors. It gave them a positive send-off after a tough season and let them finish on a high note. It was a great way to honor their hard work and dedication for the last four years.

What do you feel you guys will have to do in 2025 to turn things around?

To turn things around, we all need to be fully committed to every player, whether a starter or on the bench. Our main focus has to be on football, taking every practice and moment seriously. That way, when Friday comes, we’ll be ready to execute.

What did you learn about yourself this season that you will use in 2025 to be not only a better player but a better leader?

What I learned about myself this season is that I’m truly passionate about football. This passion can help me become a better leader and player by setting a strong example and consistently doing the right things.

Would you explain to fans how hard it is going through a tough season while trying to stay positive as the season goes on?

A tough football season can be draining; losses pile up, and it’s hard to stay positive. But staying focused on improving each week, even if the results aren’t there, is key. For players, it’s about keeping your head up, trusting the process, and knowing things can turn around with hard work.

Which type of weather is the toughest for a defensive lineman to play in? Explain

The toughest weather to play in is definitely rain. It’s challenging because you can slip when planting your feet, and it’s hard to get a grip on the offensive lineman’s jersey due to the slipperiness. Making tackles is also more difficult in the rain.

Which type of offensive lineman is the toughest to go up against?

The toughest lineman to go up against is the patient lineman because it’s hard to determine what moves to do when they are just sitting there waiting for you.

What are you most excited about for next season?

What I am most excited for next season is my senior year and all the hard work I will be putting in and how it will pay off. I am also excited because I really think we can put the pieces back together and become a winning team again.

What is your favorite class or subject?

My favorite subject is math. I like math because it is really something that just clicks and comes remotely easy to me.

Who is your favorite college team?

My favorite college team is Ohio State. I’ve always loved them as a kid and always dreamed of playing for them.

Who are your role models?

My role model is my brother; he is my role model because he works very hard and never gives up on something if he puts his mind to it.
