What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2025?

What I’m going to miss the most is their leadership and spending time with them every day, getting better and better as a team.

How did you grow as a player this season?

What I think grew on was my leadership for the younger guys also staying locked in if I make a mistake.

What was the high mark of the season for you?

The high mark of the season for me was definitely beating Weir for our last game; it felt great to walk away with a win with the team of our last game of the season.

How did you handle things when things were not going as well as you hoped?

I stayed focused. I didn’t let the downs get to me and played the best I could.

How do you feel the team's chemistry developed throughout the season?

The team has always had good chemistry on and off the field; we really stayed together during the times we weren’t getting wins. It really started to show off at the end of the season, where we bounced back and got some wins.

What was the most important leadership moment you witnessed on the team?

The most important leadership moments were definitely when we were down a lot in a game or something didn’t go our way, but there were always players telling us to keep our heads up and play 100% on every down and every quarter.

What goals did you have that weren’t accomplished, and why not?

A goal I really wanted to achieve this year was to find the end zone, but my #1 goal was to do my job the best way I could so I could impact the team in the best way possible.

What game will you remember the most from the 2024 season, along with the reason why?

The game that I’ll remember most is beating our #1 rival weir for our last game of the season. What made it so important to me is that I was part of the team to break the 7-year win streak they had against us.

Brooke went 3-7 this season; what has to change for you guys to get back to winning games and having playoff success?

We need to work hard and stay consistent and focused during the offseason; getting all of the guys working out in the weight room and staying consistent with conditioning would impact the team dramatically.

Of the three wins, which one means the most to you?

Beating Weir was definitely the one that meant most to me. Going out there for our last game and getting a win against a team we haven’t beat in 7 years was a great feeling.

Who was the best player that you faced this season, along with the team he played for?

If I’m going to be honest, the entire Bridgeport team was really impressive in how they played very effectively, stayed 100% every play, and had very few mistakes.

What are your thoughts on playing out of state opponents?

I feel like we can compete with whoever is in state or out of state. It also really shows us where we’re at as a team and motivation that we can compete with anyone.

What is your favorite type of music?

My favorite type of music is rap music and 80s rock.

Outside of sports, what are you doing for fun?

Outside of sports, I’m staying consistent in the gym and on the field and spending time with friends and family.

Have you ever been to a West Virginia football game?

Yes, I have; it was very cool to see football at the higher level.
