2025

6’0 190

You have made a big change. Could you let the readers know what the change is and why you made it?

I reclassified to the class of 2025, and I think that this was a better opportunity for me and my recruitment.

Last time we did the interview, you said your goals for the 2023 season were: for the defensive side, breaking records for most picks in a season and in a game; as for offense, 500+ yards in the season. Were you able to achieve those goals?

I was not able to achieve those goals; I moved to outside linebacker for the team, which made it a little harder to get more interceptions, and I also mainly focused on the defensive side and didn’t play much offense last year.

What was the high point of the 2023 season?

Beating Mayfield on a Thursday night game.

What was the low point of the 2023 season?

I would say going 1–8 and not achieving what we wanted as a team and having a winning season.

What are you looking forward to the most this season?

New beginnings with a new team and teammates, as well as new opportunities that arise. I just want to make the most of this to prove myself and showcase what I have to college coaches.

What will you miss most about being a student at Solon?

Not being able to play high school football anymore and the memories I made with my teammates.

As an athlete, what has been your biggest moment?

I would say last year, making all GCC and also making second-team D2 defense.

As an athlete, what has been your most embarrassing moment?

Last year, going 1–8, it’s always embarrassing to me to lose a game, but losing the majority of our games last year wasn’t what we wanted.

What is your favorite part of practice?

The competition between defense and offense and having a good time with my teammates.

What is the worst part of practice?

When it ends, I always wish we could have more time for competition.

Do you feel that, as an athlete, you are a role model for the younger kids who come and watch you play?

I definitely think I do. I always try to be the best player, friend, and teammate I can be because I know that the kids are always watching.

Turf or grass?

Definitely turf, but I would like to play on grass and see what it feels like.

What is your go-to snack?

I would say a PB&J.

What is your favorite class or subject?

History or science.

Where is your dream vacation spot?

The Bahamas.
