How long have you played football, along with the reasons you continue to play?
I’ve played flag football all the way to high school and never missed a year. I continue to play because I love the game, and it’s more than just a game; it’s something you can’t put into words.
What are your personal goals for the season?
To rush for 1500 and win state with my brothers.
What goals are you going to set for the team?
To give it my all at all times. And to go to the state.
What are you looking forward to the most this season?
To see how far we can go.
Who is the toughest teammate to face in practice?
My brother Bradley.
Running back or defensive back—which one do you feel you are better at?
I'm running back, but I feel that I’m good at both.
Running back or defensive back—which one do you feel is harder to prepare for?
I feel that defensive back is harder to prepare for when it comes down to knowing your assignment, breaking down, and making the play.
What was the highlight of your 2023 season?
Beating the coal grove
What was the low point of the 2023 season?
Losing back-to-back games
Looking at only the red games you have played, which stadium had the best overall atmosphere, along with the reasons why it was so good?
Oak Hill, because it’s a nice futility and in a good spot.
If you could add a new school to the schedule and take one school off of it, who are you adding and who are you taking off of it?
I would add Ironton and take off Oak Hill.
After the season is over, if you are invited to any of the all-star games, are you going to play?
Yes
