Who or what got you started playing football?

My brother was the reason I started playing and is a huge part of my love for the game.

What motivates you to continue playing football?

The thought of making my family and the town of Ironton proud.

What is the strongest part of your game?

Definitely my strength and explosiveness.

What part of your game are you hoping to improve before the season begins?

My agility and ability to finish rushes with the quarterback on the ground

As a football player, what has been your biggest moment?

Winning the state championship and getting to bring that title back home

Would you rather beat your rival and miss the playoffs or lose to your rival and make the playoffs?

The goal of every season is to win the state championship, so I’d rather make playoffs.

With this being your final high school football season, are you preparing any differently than you have in the past?

I’m planning to stick to my training and work harder to improve.

What are your personal goals for the season?

I want to have 5-10 sacks and win the state championship again.

What goals are you setting for your team?

To win the state championship and come together as one

How is the track and field season going for you?

It’s going well, and I’ve improved a lot.

If you are invited to play in any of the all-star games after the season, will you?

It depends on what opportunities are available for college

Would you share with everyone some of the schools that are recruiting you?

I have offers from the University of Pikeville and WVSU, along with some smaller schools.

What scares you?

Snakes

What are you doing outside of sports for fun?

I enjoy sleeping and working out.

Favorite video game system?

PS5

The thing that sticks out to me the most is that on Mondays we would all go to Moe’s for “Moe’s Monday,” and it was a great way that we bonded.
